Association
A first: Live social networking:

captureblog_400For the first time in the history of the Association,an event was broadcast live on the internet. On 19th October 2009, over 300 people followed the conference-debate "Comment les réseaux sociaux d'Internet changent-ils notre vie personnelle et professionnelle ?". ("How are internet-based social networks changing our personal and professional life?") from in front of their computer screens. Videos from the evening, organised by the Association and the HEC Web Group, are available on-line.

I went to HEC and I'm proud of it!

A collective answer from 2009 graduates to Florence Noisville:
We have only just graduated and most of us experienced something incredible on Campus. We would like to strongly express our disagreement with what Florence (H.84) says in her book "J'ai fait HEC et je m'en excuse" (I went to HEC and I'm sorry). It is above all the form, which considerably - and very unfairly - devalues the school's teaching, that shocks us, although the ideas behind it deserve to be discussed. We therefore wanted to react collectively, following an internal debate from our year where, naturally, opinions sometimes differ, to re-establish an element of fairness on what our studies at HEC were like.

It's the taking part that counts
It is through the mobilisation of as many graduates as possible that we will be able to promote the excellence of our School and to reinforce the value of our degree abroad. That's the aim of the game of (donators)2: the massive involvement of graduates (essential criteria in the rankings of the best global business schools).
