Campus A united generation: Let's re-invent! Let's be entrepreneurial!
On Thursday February 4th, over 2,500 people came together in the Grand Rex for an evening organised by the junior group at the request of the Social Business/Entreprise and Poverty Chair at HEC, in partnership with Danone Communities, Reporters d’espoirs (Reporting on hope) and Isiqom. United generation: let's re-invent, let's be entrepreneurial!” was an opportunity to meet Professor Muhammad Yunus, Martin Hirsch, Christine Kelly, Franck Riboud, Frédéric Dalsace (Class of '85), Wilhelm Ernst Wenders, Hapsatou Sy, Charles-Edouard Vincent, Saïd Hammouche and Nicolas Baboin.
Professor Yunus discussed the desire to change the world and to innovate with young people and students, the future participants of a new solidarity. Frédéric Dalsace, marketing professor and Head of the Social Business Chair, earnestly called for the development of an alternative form of marketing (“alter-marketing”), by putting forth a series of concrete proposals that will be compiled in a forthcoming publication. Foundation Students on scholarship count for us, they count on you
110, that's the number of scholarship students on 'full rides' as freshman on the HEC campus (i.e. 13% of the graduating class). 20%, that's the total number of students on scholarship (full or partial)
In 2010, the HEC Foundation plans to allocate €3.4 million (+37 % on 2009) to fund scholarships for HEC students, including nearly €1 million for full rides for students on CROUS scholarships. Your donations help us to make HEC accessible to top talent regardless of their financial situation.
